<Executive Summary>
In 16th and 17th July, Hosei University Research Center for International Japanese Studies (HIJAS) held the International Symposium “Japan-Consciousness and International Consciousness”. We had seven presentations: Dr. Aki Ishigami and Mr. Hitoshi Iwasaki in 16th July and Prof. Dr. Ronald Toby (keynote speech), Prof. Dr. Timon Screech, Prof. Dr. Yasushi Oki, and Prof. Minato Kawamura.
